Superbe villa Mobilier extérieur insuffisant

Vi sørgede selv for al mad. Der var indkøbsmulighed ca 1,5 km fra huset. Vi havde lejet en lille bil, så vi kunne kører til større supermarked ca 5 km væk. Der var en del gene fra en stor kran på nabo grunden, hvor man var ved at bygge et større hus. Vi fik meget hurtigt svar når vi skrev spørgsmål til værten. Bl.a. begyndte en aircondition at dryppe med vand. De var der samme eftermiddag og lave den. Glasskydedørene på to af de tre værelserne ud til poolen kunne ikke låse da låsen var defekt. Det fik vi ikke sagt til værten. Kun master bedringers dør kunne låses.

Spacious with amazing views. It had everything we needed.

Early check did happen as the cleaners were there but not knowing until we arrived if we could get an early check in wasn't great tbh The villa is lovely - well appointed great views and fabulous pool Great indoor entertaining space - the upstairs toilet door sticks badly - which is quite dangerous as you could easily crack the glass by shoving it too hard - The rules etc laid out whilst understandably clear - are really off putting - you feel too scared to touch something - things like a dishwasher breaking down may well be down to wear and tear - not user neglect - it leaves a bad taste in the mouth and quite frankly some of the prices are ridiculous - The outside table is not user friendly - you cant put put drinks on it as it is so uneven and they spill - You should definitely provided more plastic glasses for outside use - Also the villa is described as for 14 people - we were a group of 12 and there were not sufficient chairs for us all to sit around the dining room table and we had to bring plastic chairs from outside in instead again - there weren't sufficient chairs outside either.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa... It really is a Chateau! The grounds are gorgeous and well looked after, the chateau is cool and spacious and it's great having an en suite each when several families are all together! If you are going out of peak summer season... Beware the pool is like an ice bath! Certainly refreshing if you're brave enough for a dip! Lots of sun loungers, big table inside and out and cosy corner for TV or reading. Having a hire car is ideal because it's a little bit out the way in the more rural area. We would definitely recommend.

The location and the outdoor pool area was good. The air conditioning was also very good, kept the indoors living areas and bedrooms very cool. Struggled with the kitchen hob to make a cooked breakfast (rings wouldnt hest the pans hot enough) and the fridge wasn't the coldest... the staff did attend very quickly and offered to change the fridge out, which was a good response. The outdoor area and pool was good, but the water stained all our bathing clothes green. Snooker table was a nice touch, maybe a refresh required on the balls and cues would be good. In general nice place- perhaps one last tip to make it more relaxing... ease up on the rules and signs in the villa about noise, cleaning etc. For a family holiday, it felt like we're being treated the same as a stag party.

The property for in a great location for us as we wanted to be a little away from the main central hub, although it was still only 15 mins to Valetta and 20 mins to St Julian’s. There are 5 decent sized bedrooms all with en-suites, air conditioning in every room which we used when needed and had loads of credit left at the end. The pool was large enough for the property size and had plenty of sun loungers. There is a large bbq. There were a few things we needed help with. The staff were attentive, quick to address and resolve any queries The beds and bedding are old

La maison était grande, avec la climatisation et de nombreuses chambres. Idéal pour un groupe. La terrasse avec la piscine était tres agréable. La propriétaire était serviable et flexible sur les horaires du check-out. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La plaque de cuisson de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas très bien et les lits sont un peu durs. La décoration est un peu datée.

The villa was beautiful, and the pool/patio area was stunning. There was everything we needed for a family of 9 to enjoy a holiday, with all bedrooms having an en-suite, air-conditioning units in every room and all the convenient facilities such as a washing machine, airer and toaster etc.

Nice views and overall a decent house The pool wasn’t properly cleaned and we ended up having our swimwear and skin covered in a green tint. Also be aware of the numerous waring signs on appliances along with a hefty folder detailing a full list of overpriced penalties on several items should they be damaged or broken. A tad over the top which makes you feel like walking on eggshells around the house!

Pour une fois que les photos rendent moins bien sur l’annonce qu’en vrai. La villa dispose de tout. Chaque chambre possède la clim, ces WC et sa douche. L’extérieur de la villa avec sa piscine est un vrai plus. La piscine est de bonne taille. Les espaces de la maison sont top. Le billard est de bonne qualité.

Really nice spacious villa, with good size pool which is well looked after. The pool table was a nice to have. Good documentation. Good air conditioning if needed. You can walk to nearest beach (25min), short Bolt ride into Valetta. Good local shop/butchers, plus Lasco's supermarket 30min walk. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. Pillows could do with replacement, as gone hard. More cooking utensils needed in kitchen. Having to pay deposit in euro's was a bit of a pain due to bank fees and conversion rate, lost out paying deposit and on refund. (Apparently, Booking.com have been asked to hold the deposit in sterling, but have refused to do this).

La possibilité de garer les 2 véhicules que l'on avait loué juste devant la présence de 5 chambres avec salle de bain dans chaque chambre le billard la piscine la présence de la liste de toutes les choses qu'il y a dans la maison avec un prix de remplacement outrageusement ré évalué que l'on devrait payer si on les détériorait le tapis du billard bien abimé la décoration assez froide de la maison qui n'a pas de vie

We had a great weekend at the villa. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing spacious villa with all the amenities you would need, pool table was a great bonus. Pool was incredible and any issues we had were very quickly sorted. There’s a Lidl near by. The rooms were spacious and the €10 a day credit for the aircon was the perfect amount. The rubbish separation and expectations with how the villa was to be left were clearly stated. We received the deposit back within a few hours. Would highly recommend for a big group. Bolts to Valetta/st Paul’s were max €20 if you don’t drive. All 7 of us were extremely happy with the place.

The accommodation is a nice stone large villa with fantastic space for a large family. We had 5 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the pool table and the large dining space. When there was any issues we sent a message and got a quick response. We found some of the signage made us worry about getting it right which some of the party felt impacted how relaxed they were.

Struttura pulita, nuova, con tutti i comfort necessari e in posizione comoda per gli spostamenti, fornita di servizi con supermercati vicino. Bella la piscina e ben curata . Chicca in più il biliardino in salotto . Viene fornita una guida cartacea molto dettagliata con tutte le attrazioni ( davvero utile). Chantelle è gentilissima e molto disponibile . Saremmo rimasti qualche giorno in più volentieri. La struttura fa parte di un gruppo di ville, tutte a seguire, e purtroppo abbiamo avuto vicini di casa rumorosi che alzavano il volume della musica a notte inoltrata . A parte questo la villa è impeccabile

I liked that they allowed us to leave our things in the villa before checking in, they gave us beach towels because we were going to the beach. The air conditioning credit was enough for the entire stay. The villa is neat, spacious, and had everything we needed. The rules for sorting trash were clearly stated.

Lovely Villa plenty of space for our party of 9 pool table a plus and pool perfect size. The few issues we had were promptly resolved and great communication with chantelle Mattresses slightly hard than what used to but not major issue

The house had lots of facilities, large clean rooms and located close to the airport and town. It is also closely situated next to a tiny beach, south of the island which we spent a few mornings/evenings in. The swimming pool isn’t heated. It was far too cold to fully enjoy in late October

Bella struttura con ottima piscina privata, buon soggiorno spazioso, e buona zona relax, bel servizio di pentole e utensili da cucina Nessuna presenza di sapone per lavarsi, ma nemmeno di pastiglie per la lavatrice o lavastoviglie, la casa ha 6 bagni ma solo 1 asciugacapelli, in 11 persone era impossibile asciugarsi i capelli, la casa non aveva mollette per stendere, l host ce ne ha date 10 (eravamo in 11), l’ host ci ha dato solo 2 sacchetti di ciascun tipo, che abbiamo finito subito e sembrava che non volesse più darcene, brutta la gestione della cauzione da pagare anticipatamente tramite bonifico, ma poi alla riconsegna delle chiavi volevamo controllare la casa con l’ host per verificarne insieme eventuali problemi e ci è stato detto che non potevamo, e la cauzione ci è arrivata dopo 4 giorni tramite bonifico, mi è sembrata una gestione strana

Amazing villa, nice pool and pool area.

For a family group it met all our needs and the pool especially became a focal point. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The air conditioning can be expensive in hot weather and probs my no affordable to use as much as one would wish. The initial allowance was used up in 36 hours. The Malta gash disposal is complex and some had to be left in the kitchen as there was not a timely collection. More info and bags would have been useful tailored to actual dates. The was a £50 loss in the paying and refunding of the deposit due to exchange rates. Think this should be part of the overall arrangement.

The pool was the only good side about the villa Be careful if you will be with pets the garden was full of rat posions, no one advised us about that . thank god we went to look around or this experience would have ended up really different with our dogs. They didnt even apologize and when i told them about it their answer to my message was i will let the gardener know. Rude!

Villa is comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool is clean, well maintained and a life-saver due to the summer heat/humidity. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well but was not so effective downstairs ~ as the rooms are larger and access onto the outside patio via sliding glass doors lets hot air in (not a criticism just a fact). Good sized fridge freezer; ample utensils and tableware. Beds/bedding comfortable. We all slept well. Well located for trips/touring the island ~ we had a hire car. Lidl supermarket five minutes drive away. Host reachable via WhatsApp. We had a blocked sink on our first day and this was fixed soon after we reported it. There are detailed instructions/directives for guests which we personally felt were a bit over-the-top. No information about the air conditioning (other than it’s capped at 10 euros a day) and safe box, which would have been far more helpful. The meter for the air conditioning is by the front door so you can monitor usage. We minimised use during the day, put it on in the kitchen for a few hours in the evening and in four bedrooms overnight every night and managed to keep to our allowance. Tip ~ keep some euros to top up the meter if you need to. For the price we paid, we would have expected a better supply of basic necessities e.g. hand soap in all the bathrooms, toilet rolls, bin bags and perhaps a few dishwasher tablets (whilst the villa boasts a dishwasher, there were no tablets supplied and Lidl doesn’t sell these in small quantities). A plastic container for plastic bottles would have been useful. There is some traffic noise from adjacent road ~ with some drivers beeping to alert oncoming vehicles of their approach. This didn’t especially bother us but I mention it in passing as it might impact anyone wanting total peace and quiet.

The Villa was just as the pictures portrait and the stay was just the best , the whole family had a wonderful time and the pool was very clean , we taught out 20 month old grandson to swim over a week , would stay again and recommend it to any group or family, Great size and very clean and had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable ,

very cleaned,comfortable ,wifi is good, ac access amazing. fridge was not cold enough, the fence of the garden I suggest that be wired, because small dog might fall. More Tv chanels,pool steps need to have something to hold with because it was difficult go down the pool and come up espically for old people. And more security the garden has two doors that leads to our villa people might come in easily. But overall I still recommend it was nice and comfortable.

Great location. Property was very comfortable with a lovely pool and BBQ to come back to. All good. As property owners I would have provided plastic glasses for use outside. As a pool owner we brought our own.

The villa was spacious enough for a family of 3, it had everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool was perfect for cooling off and was essential with the high temperatures experienced during our visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The road outside was busy and made parking our car in the driveway challenging.

Nice location close by the restaurants and shops Saint Thomas beach 🏖️ is very close too Weather was very hot great to spend the day in the beach and go out in the evening for a meal ( with had an issue with the washing machine we called for help and they came and fixed within an hour GREAT SERVICE We had a great 10 days in this place ( we will return for sure😊) I recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good place to stay in Malta 🇲🇹 Great place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nothing not to like it about it ( only thing was the road works upside the apartment but it didn’t bother me as we were out for the day 😊

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wszystko zgodne z ofertą. Brak dedykowanego miejsca parkingowego. Okolica spokojna i urokliwa. Świetna baza noclegowa do dalszej przygody na Malcie.
